English Tudor

“We are getting used to receiving compliments on the massive remodel we did to our home in Cherry Hills Village. But when we tell folks about what was here before and what it took to get to where it is today, the normal response we receive is — ‘Wow! Who was your Architect? He must have phenomenal vision!’”

Project Details

This remodel transformed a 6,000 SF English Tudor cottage into a 17,000 SF English Tudor Manor. The original home was built on two- and one-half acres fronting on Cherry Hills Golf Course. The house was originally 4,500 SF until the cathedral room was added. The design opened the dark, introverted interiors to the beautiful grounds and view. So, we gutted it and added an 11,000 SF addition. The client and their son lived in the apartment over the carriage house during construction. To expedite the project Wunderlich Design completed the concept and construction documents in three months.
