As my Architectural Design business has grown over the years, I’ve seen many changes in the process of designing and building a home. One thing I’ve noticed as technology advances, you’d think the process would become more seamless-but that’s not necessarily true. As long as there’s the human element, opinions and personalities involved there will be problems to overcome and opportunities to take advantage of. You ‘the client’ is the most important part of the process, yet you’re not available 24/7. Using my planning and architectural skills I’ll dovetail the design and construction seamlessly. Encouraging team meetings as necessary with consultants and contractors to ensure the process runs smoothly.
