“After we purchased the house I grew up in, we immediately turned to Bill Wunderlich to take charge of designing our new home. Bill had worked with my parents on several previous remodels and landscaping projects at the property. The end result surpassed our wildest expectations! Thank you Bill for designing and implementing the house of our dreams.”
At the start of my career in 1981 I designed my first remodel for the parents of Jennifer Fronk. In 2007 I was given the opportunity to redo this home again. Determining that the existing foundation was insufficient to carry the new structure the home was removed, but the landscape, tennis court, and pool remains. The new house was designed to nestle between the trees and take advantage of the view. Yet from the street the home is scaled to blend into the neighborhood. The home is a blend of Pacific Northwest, Arts & Crafts exterior, and an East Coast, Manhattan interior.
